Sarajevo Hills Cherry Spritz

Made from whole sour cherries harvested at Sarajevo Hills, our Cherry Spritz begins with a slow maceration that draws out the fruit’s vivid colour, natural acidity and deep cherry aroma.

The result is not quite a juice, not quite a syrup. It is a concentrated cherry base created for one purpose: to compose an exceptional summer drink.

Pour it over ice, add sparkling water and watch the glass come alive. Bright ruby colour, fine bubbles and an intensely fruity opening give way to the characteristic tartness of sour cherry and a long, refreshing finish.

Nothing about the fruit is hurried. The cherries are harvested once a year, processed in small batches and each vintage reflects that particular season at Sarajevo Hills.

Serve: Pour Cherry Spritz Base over ice and top with chilled sparkling water. Adjust the ratio to taste. For a richer composition, pair it with citrus, lime malt or your favourite sparkling mixer.
