VITALIJA No. 01 · Botanical Cuvée
Verjus · Basil · Bitter Citrus
SIGNATURE · 750 ml
The first expression of Sarajevo Hills.
Before grapes become wine, there is a brief moment when they are still green, bright and sharply alive.
VITALIJA No. 01 begins in that moment.
Harvested early on Sarajevo Hills, Vitalija grapes are pressed while their acidity is still vivid and their sweetness restrained, creating the verjus at the heart of this botanical cuvée. Fresh basil introduces an aromatic green lift, while bitter citrus gives the finish structure and length.
The result is not a wine without alcohol and not a traditional soft drink.
It is a botanical drink built for the table.
Dry, fresh and deliberately gastronomic, VITALIJA No. 01 was created to accompany food rather than compete with it. Its bright acidity works beautifully as an aperitif, but it comes alive beside fresh cheeses, grilled fish, tomatoes, salads and lighter Mediterranean dishes.
This is the starting point of the Silk Road Botanical Cuvée collection: a drink shaped by one vineyard, one harvest and the aromatic language of Aroma Lab.
