Long before luxury became a logo, saffron crossed continents because a few threads could carry extraordinary colour, aroma and value.
GOLD No. 03 brings that old Silk Road ingredient into a distinctly Sarajevo composition.
The foundation is our Vitalija verjus from Sarajevo Hills: bright, young grape acidity harvested before full ripeness. Saffron is introduced not to dominate the drink, but to unfold slowly through it, bringing its unmistakable warm, floral and gently earthy aroma.
A subtle honey note rounds the edges without turning the cuvée sweet.
The result is the most contemplative expression in the collection.
Where VITALIJA is green and ORCHARD is dark-fruited, GOLD is luminous: aromatic, layered and unusually long on the palate. It is designed for slow drinking, special dinners and pairings where aroma matters as much as flavour.
