On Sarajevo Hills, the vineyard and the sour-cherry orchard live within the same landscape.
ORCHARD No. 02 brings them into the same bottle.
Vitalija verjus provides the structure: crisp acidity, green-fruit freshness and the tension of grapes harvested before full ripeness. Sour cherry adds a darker layer, not as sweetness, but as aroma, depth and a distinctly Bosnian fruit signature.
A restrained touch of spice extends the finish.
The result sits somewhere between orchard, vineyard and kitchen: deeper than VITALIJA No. 01, darker in character and designed for dishes that can carry more weight.
It is equally at home poured cold into a wine glass, served as the foundation of a botanical spritz, or paired with food where acidity and dark fruit create contrast.
ORCHARD No. 02 is our interpretation of Sarajevo Hills after summer has begun to turn toward autumn.
Fruit, acidity and spice, without unnecessary sweetness.
