Coffee, composed rather than simply blended.

At Aroma Lab Sarajevo, coffee is approached as a composition. Origins, roast, texture, aroma and preparation are selected to create a specific sensory identity. Some compositions are built for everyday ritual. Others begin with a route, a place or an experiment. Each is developed in small batches and refined through tasting.

The first compositions

CARAVAN №01 and MONSOON ROAD №01 introduce two directions. COFFEE PARFUME — BASIL and CHERRY open the experimental shelf.

From roast to ritual

Prepared with intention.

Aroma Lab develops preparation profiles for espresso, the copper džezva and V60, according to the composition. Each release will carry its own recommendations.

The Bosnian coffee ritual is one of our reference points: aroma, texture and the care taken in serving.
